Dr. Tran is the best dentist in Riverside by far. I have tried A LOT of other dentists and I can confidently say he is the best and I will not go anywhere else. His staff is amazing - super friendly and accommodating. I have very sensitive teeth and they always listen to me and work around anything I need them to. Dr. Tran is warm, welcoming and never suggests work that he does not think is necessary. However, if you do need work done, he is the best to have do it as he makes you as comfortable as possible through the whole process. I highly recommend Dr. Tran and his staff, and would not go anywhere else.
I’m very impressed with Dr. Tran and TranscenDental Smiles. The office is clean, modern and bright. The front office Diana is very kind and professional. The office is transparent and upfront about fees and there are no surprises. I had a few procedures done with Dr. Tran and did not feel any pain. He is very gentle and his technique for anesthesia is very impressive. I read a lot of good Google reviews for this office and I’m glad I gave it a try. You really feel like being cared by family. The best dental experience I have ever had. Their team were able to examine my tooth discomfort and repair my broken filling on the same day. Dr. Tran and his assistant are phenomenal. They have amazing technique. I have trypanophobia, and the Doctor applied enough numbing gel so I didn’t feel any discomfort whatsoever. They provide sunglasses for the light on your face and Vaseline for chapped lips. The assistant was spot on; I didn’t have any gagging from the water. They were very communicative, careful and thorough with my filling. The receptionist was very mindful with my appointment; she contacted my insurance before my appointment to let me know my coverage. I recommend this dentistry to everyone.
I have been looking for a dentist closer to home. My wife did some research and found Dr. Tran. She went for a visit and had a great experience and encouraged me to go as well. From the moment I called to make my appointment I felt like this was a good decision. I was able to complete my paperwork online, which was very convenient. I even received a personal call from Dr. Tran welcoming me as a new patient. I got my X-rays, check up, and cleaning during my visit. The customer service was top tier by the entire staff.
I’ve had back to back pregnancies and I was very nervous to get my teeth checked out again. Knowing very well that I would have some dental issues. I haven’t had the best experience with past dentist so I was super nervous. But Dr. Trans team were amazing! Stephanie was so sweet and kept my nerves at bay. Diana was also super helpful over the phone and went through everything with me; step by step. Dr. Tran also made me feel comfortable and was very easy to talk to.
